Hi, I'm Alie McManus--full time yogini, meditator, Ayurveda nerd, and dog lover!
Thanks so much for visiting my site. I've been studying yoga and meditation since 1994 and teaching since 1999, and I'm super excited to share this journey with you. My primary teacher is Erich Schiffmann (the GOAT!) and I've also learned so much from Barbara Benagh, Patricia Sullivan, and Angela Farmer.
