This all-new class, Bring Your Own Foam Roller, is a great way to begin your day! For 30 minutes we will gather to roll out tension and tightness with this effective self-massage practice. Rolling has proven to reduce, and in some cases eliminate, pain and discomfort while increasing comfort and ease. This simple but dynamic practice can also help improve your posture and reduce muscular and fascial holding patterns.
