Immerse yourself in the magical landscape of Costa Rica with its beautiful beaches and lush forests. Pamper your body with spa treatments, three delicious farm-to-table meals per day, and yoga twice per day.
Throughout this revitalizing trip, you will learn to balance grounding with enlightening, doing with undoing, relaxing with energizing, and centering with expanding.
Explore your adventurous side: ride a horse on the beach, zipline through the Costa Rican forest (the longest canopy tour in the world!), learn to surf, take a wildlife + birding kayaking tour, go paddle boarding amongst the mangroves, take a hike to a beautiful waterfall, enjoy the local fare with a cooking lesson, explore the environs on an ATV, or bike into town where you can visit charming local shops and cafes. Then find balance lounging by the Pacific Ocean, enjoying spa services, soaking in the saltwater pool, or, of course, relaxing while sipping on a fresh coconut.
Deepen your yoga practice with invigorating classes in the morning and gentle practices each evening. With my signature precise and enlightening style of teaching, together we will explore and visualize our deepest desires for 2026. We will use meditation, essential breath work, creative pose variations, joy, and indiscriminate curiosity to experience our natural state of peace and, ultimately, find freedom.

Bodhi Casita (with A/C): This spacious unit consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette, a living area, air conditioning, wifi, and an outdoor patio. Payment terms
To reserve your space upon registration, please submit a $500 deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) to Alie McManus.
Payment can be sent in a variety of easy ways: via QuickPay with Zelle (to aliemcmanus@yahoo.com) or Venmo (to @Alie-McManus), or you can send a check made out to Alie McManus (please consult with Alie for her current mailing address). If you would like to use your credit card through Venmo or PayPal, please add 3.5% to the total amount of each payment to offset the credit card processing fee. You may also request an invoice from Alie that will include the 3.5% credit card service charge. If your Venmo or PayPal account is linked to your checking account, you may choose to send money with PayPal using the “friends and family” option with no additional fee.
Your payment installments are due on June 1, August 1, and October 1, 2025. All payments are due in full no later than November 1, 2025. If there is a different payment schedule that works better for you, please email Alie at aliemcmanus@yahoo.com to confirm.
Late registration ends on November 1, 2025.
No refunds are given unless someone can take your place.
Travel Information
Most participants choose to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Nosara, and San Jose is approximately a 5-hour drive from Nosara. There are local flights on Sansa from Liberia and San Jose to Nosara.

1 to 4 people = $170 + 13% tax
5 or more people = $45 per person + 13% tax
