Join Alie for a warm and welcoming day of yoga where you can enjoy the time-honored benefits of this sacred practice. In her classes, Alie sequences postures thoughtfully and can always offer options to help guide you into any pose in a way that will work better for your specific needs. Together, class attendees will open and strengthen their bodies, while discovering a healing balance within their minds, bodies, and Spirits.
